ExpoMatch is a website operated by Merkur (address to be provided). Merkur is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: talha@merkur360.com.tr.

When you request a quote we collect the information you enter in the form: exhibition, stand size, project brief, optional budget range, files you upload, your name, company, business email, role, company country and, optionally, phone/WhatsApp, website and preferred contact method. We also record technical data needed for security (pseudonymised IP hash, browser type) and, if you consent, campaign attribution data.

• To prepare and discuss the proposal you asked for (steps prior to entering into a contract – GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
• To protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send you marketing news only if you ticked the separate opt-in box (consent – Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your request is handled by Merkur's sales and project team. We use service providers for hosting, database, file storage, email delivery and – for internal assistance only – an AI provider to summarise project briefs (contact details are not shared with it). Providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside your country we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Quote requests and related correspondence are kept for the period defined in our retention policy (by default 36 months for active and won customers, 24 months for lost or disqualified requests), unless a longer period is required by law.

You can request access, export, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw marketing consent via the data request page or by emailing talha@merkur360.com.tr. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Turkey: KVKK Board).
